Melissa Hodai, Sr. Manager Marketing Content Strategy, Grainger
Melissa Hodai is the senior manager of content marketing at Grainger, and she has over 18 years of digital content strategy and creation experience. After spending several years creating web content for two local TV news stations in Miami and later Oprah.com, Melissa joined the content marketing team at Allstate and discovered a love for creating content that converts (winning two Content Marketing Awards in the process!). For nearly four years, Melissa has led Grainger’s editorial and video teams, devising content strategies that put our customers first and driving exponential growth in the program, and this year she has begun leading content strategy for all of Marketing. She’s excited to be a return speaker and share her passion for human-centered content at Content Marketing World 2024!
