Drew Swain has been spinning corporate tales in the wild west of digital marketing his entire career. His work is defined by a customer-first philosophy, whether he is scaling editorial operations for global enterprises or navigating complex cross-functional organizations to ensure every piece of content serves a clear business priority. He currently serves as Director of Content Marketing at Amazon Freight where he launched its inaugural content program, driving a doubling of organic traffic and tens of millions of dollars in sales. Before that, he led content and digital marketing teams at Thomson Reuters and the University of Minnesota. Throughout his career, he has seen the tools and technology change rapidly but always followed the belief that the foundation of a successful content program is the hard work to understand your customer and find the stories they want. His work has been recognized with an Emmy Award and nominations from the Webby Awards. Outside of work, Drew enjoys hockey (like a good Minnesotan), aviation, and running.
