As the Vice President of Professional Development, Molly oversees a team of production, instructional design, and programming experts that strategize, curate, and create experiences to drive employable skills and personal growth for the marketing community. She leads the AMA's portfolio of Professional Certified Marketer® certifications, including the AMA/CMI Content Marketing PCM®. In her 13-year tenure at the AMA, Molly has also served in creative and leadership roles for the AMA’s in-person conferences and its practitioner publication, Marketing News. Prior to her work at the AMA, Molly was the editor of magazines spanning business and architectural-design verticals.
