April is chartered with directing product, delivery, go-to-market, and operational strategy for the practice. Prior to leading the Market Impact practice, April was a veteran consultant serving Forrester's technology provider clients, with more than seven years’ experience helping product and marketing leaders solve content marketing and go-to-market strategy challenges through primary research-fueled consulting engagements. April has also been a contributor to Forrester's published research related to B2B and B2C technology adoption.
