Previously, she led content and AI-driven user experience initiatives at Reltio and served as VP of Customer Experience at Zoomin Software, where she championed modern approaches to product content. With more than 20 years of experience, Megan has built and led content organizations at companies including Amazon, Ping Identity, and INVIDI Technologies. She holds degrees in Speech Communication, Journalism, and Strategic Management, along with a Master's Certificate in Technical Communication.
