Devesh Khanal, Co-Founder, Grow and Convert
Devesh Khanal is Co-Founder of Grow and Convert, a content marketing agency he's run for 10 years with clients including Patreon, Yelp, and ServiceTitan. Grow and Convert pioneered "Pain Point SEO," a framework focused on driving conversions rather than traffic, and has produced hundreds of first-page Google rankings across B2B and B2C brands. In 2025, they turned his attention to AI search — studying how LLMs like ChatGPT and Perplexity decide which brands to recommend — and built Traqer.ai, a tool that tracks brand visibility across AI search engines. His research, based on analysis of thousands of LLM citations, challenges most of the conventional wisdom around GEO (generative engine optimization) and offers a simpler, more effective approach any business can act on.
