Michelle WongCMOSprinkles

Michelle was appointed to CMO at Sprinkles after a stellar few months as interim VP of Marketing, where she led the team through a successful launch of Sprinkles Chocolate - marking the brand’s first major product launch since 2012 and their first-ever foray into confectionery. In this newly created role, Michelle leads all consumer and product marketing programs at Sprinkles.


Prior to joining Sprinkles, Michelle spent nearly 20 years in advertising, leading innovative, full-integrated marketing programs across culinary, travel and consumer products. She worked at creative ad agency Dailey, where she was the agency’s first female Managing Partner and President in its 50-year history. 

 Michelle is a change-maker in diversity, equity and inclusion within creative industries. She’s been invited to speak at SXSW, 3% Conference and most recently she was honored with a ColorComm Circle award in recognition of her outstanding leadership and mentorship to other women in the industry.
