Regina Lynn Preciado is the Senior Director of Content Strategy Solutions at Content Rules. She leads content strategy teams to help our customers adopt structured content successfully. Regina helps organizations implement content reuse and automation, deliver personalized experiences at scale, and prepare for natural language generation and AI. Regina’s customers include tier 1 companies in pharma, biotech, high-tech, manufacturing, and financial services. She is a frequent speaker and author. Her latest book is “The Personalization Paradox: Why Companies Fail (and How to Succeed) at Delivering Personalized Experiences at Scale” (XML Press, 2021) with co-author Val Swisher. She lives a dogspotting lifestyle. Her professional goal is to work a picture of her dog into every presentation, in a seamless and logical way.
