Brian Ott is the Director of Content Product & Operations at Cleveland Clinic, where he leads a team of 20 project managers and content architects. After nearly 20 years as a software developer, including 10 with Cleveland Clinic where he was one of the lead architects on the enterprise website, Brian began taking a more strategic web development role as a product manager within the Content Marketing team in 2020. Now, working with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, project managers and other digital marketing specialists, Brian is focused on building the best content experience for patients and other consumers of health information.
