Jessica D. Lane Alexander is the co-founder and head of digital content and marketing of the recently launched multicultural agency Pop’N Creative. Based in Atlanta, Ga., Pop’N Creative was established because she and co-founder Lori Hall wanted to help brands authentically connect with the highly coveted multicultural audience.
