Our CMWorld 2019 Mobile app will launch early this summer so you will be able to build your schedule there with just a click of a button. While choosing breakout sessions is not required, sessions do fill up fast. And seating is first-come, first-served, so it is a good idea to plan out your schedule ahead of time.
Peter Krmpotic is director of product management for Salesforce Einstein, and former product leader at Adobe Experience Cloud, BrightEdge and Boost Media. His career experience has proven time and again that providing a unified customer experience at scale is the bedrock of any successful digitally transformed organization. He works with brands to instill customer-centric approaches to set them up as AI-first companies, and leaders of the technology-based emergence of the fourth industrial revolution.
In his current role at Salesforce, Peter focuses on democratizing artificial intelligence, specifically deep learning and natural language processing, for the purpose of personalizing customer experiences at scale.
For over 15 years, he has worked with a wide range of customers including Fortune 500 brands, mid-market companies, small businesses and startups. He has spoken at conferences including Content Marketing World, Spark Summit, Dreamforce and Adobe Summit, as well as published thought leadership articles in the industry. Peter holds a master's degree in computer science from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in Germany, and currently works out of Salesforce’s San Francisco office.
