As director of the Content Hub at Truist, Sarah and her team of content creators lead content strategy, development and integration for marketing communications and digital experiences at the bank. She played a key role in creating the Truist brand following the merger between SunTrust and BB&T in 2019 and has continued to evolve Truist’s verbal identity, championing the voice and message platform for the company. Under her leadership, the Hub manages content through the client journey, with a focus on serving consistent, distinctive, relevant and action-inducing content through all of the brand’s touchpoints and marketing channels. Sarah has been with Truist for 11 years, leading teams in brand and business marketing, social media, and content marketing.
