Haley serves as the Director of Operations for GPO, a content technology company that helps enterprise multi-location and eCommerce brands create and publish scaled content. She manages a cross-functional team that supports the GPO Platform and its many clients. Haley also partners with the development team to design and manage content processes for GPO's SaaS technology. Before leading the day-to-day operations at GPO, Haley managed a team of content writers for Kirkland's, a national home goods brand, and served as the web content producer at Direct General Auto Insurance. When she's not searching for the perfect Slack giphy at work, Haley enjoys traveling to literary festivals, diving into Stephen King novels, and writing collaborative short stories over text message.
