Mike has been leading McKinsey Global Publishing's newly formed, 30-member Audience Development & Innovation team for the past four years. He has held several editorial, management, and leadership roles during his 17 years with McKinsey. His previous experience includes practicing law, publishing law-related books and newsletters, and leading a team of legal conference producers. The through lines of Mike's career have been clear and concise communication, an affinity for trying new things, and a penchant for getting things done. Mike is a serial hobbyist, who has over the years tried his hand at guitar, running, photography, painting, beer brewing, and gardening. He planned, launched, and ran a small brewery for more than five years. Mike lives in Connecticut with his wife and mini Aussie. He has three adult kids, the last two of which (twins) will graduate college in 2025. Mike himself has a BS from Cornell University and a JD from Boston University.
