Susan Baier is one of the foremost attitudinal segmentation researchers in the U.S. Offering a unique and insightful approach to quantitative research, Susan helps organizations in a wide range of industries better understand their audiences -- customers, prospects, members, students, alumni, and employees.
Susan has provided original custom attitudinal audience segmentation studies for hundreds of clients including Gap, Kona Grill, Infusionsoft, Tufts University, AT&T, Pella Windows, David Weekley Homes, Jay Baer, and Zapproved. Her financial services clients include Intuit and a variety of regional, local and community banks and credit unions.
A marketing strategist for over 30 years, Susan holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the University of Arizona. She has held senior positions in Brand and Category Management at Dial, Circle K Stores Inc, and ConocoPhillips. She has mentored hundreds of small business owners in marketing and audience strategy.
Susan regularly speaks at national marketing conferences including INBOUND and Content Marketing World. She has been featured on podcasts including Jay Baerâ€™s Social Pros, Build a Better Agency, Duct Tape Marketing, and Jason Swenkâ€™s Smart Agency Master Class.
