For the small but mighty content marketing team, success is all about building an audience-driven (and documented!) content strategy and bringing it to life. But as your organization grows, a less sexy content marketing area becomes just as, if not more, important: content operations.

As mid- to large-sized organizations expand, cracks start showing in content operations. Who's responsible for what? Who needs to review which things? How do we ensure smooth handoffs? What's the right balance between process and agility? How do we manage requests and say "yes" or "no?" (Especially "no," because people hate hearing that.) How does content marketing work alongside product, demand generation, SEO, and other marketing teams?

And then there's the million-dollar question: How do we help the rest of the organization understand what we do and why?
