Every marketer knows the value of keeping the audience needs at the heart of the content strategy, but in practice personas and journey maps languish unused more often than not. Using a straightforward template built on the free version of Airtable, Jenny will show you how to create a living, interactive tool documenting your personas and their journeys, and then use that to actually change your content planning process. This session is the culmination of many years refining of this Airtable base (which will be shared with attendees) into a truly useful tool for planning future content, auditing past content, and conducting gap analyses against strategic plans. Marcio Moerbeck, Vice President of Marketing, Americas at Datasite, will join Jenny onstage to talk about how this process worked for their team, what they learned, and how their content creation process evolved as a result of this thinking.

* Actionable framework for documenting personas and journey maps
* Technology template and training (Airtable)
* Steps to conduct a content audit and gap analysis
* Client case study plus multiple examples from across industries
