Using a straightforward template built on the free version of Airtable, Jenny will show you how to create a living, interactive tool documenting your personas and their journeys, and then use that to actually change your content planning process. This session is the culmination of many years refining of this Airtable base (which will be shared with attendees) into a truly useful tool for planning future content, auditing past content, and conducting gap analyses against strategic plans.
