When you need to engage a customer base of Millennial and Gen Z decision-makers, how do you create content that resonates with that audience, and builds a community of your most dedicated users? Rockwell Automation Account Executive Chris Luecke started Manufacturing Happy Hour – a video-series-turned-manufacturing-industry-community – to do just that! In this session, you'll learn how you and your individual team members can leverage a combination of content creation tools, social media, and live events to build deeper relationships with your clients, all while creating a strong pipeline of fresh leads
1. Why empowering your employees to create and distribute self-generated content is essential to engaging the modern customer
2. Understanding what type of content resonates with your audience, and how to create content that engages younger generations in the workforce
3. How to turn your content into an engaged user community
4. An actionable, 3-part structure that anyone can use to start creating written, audio, or video content today, specifically: a.) setting a clear expectation up front as to what the audience will learn, b.) limiting the message to 3 key takeaways (features, benefits, success stories, etc.), and c.) ending with a call-to-action or a quick win for the audience.
