Bias in the creative process is unavoidable, we are all human and our ideas are shaped from our own experiences, however checklists for race and ethnicity do not constitute addressing diversity and inclusion. This session provides an expanded explanation of diversity and explains how Artificial Intelligence can provide objective analysis of diversity metrics in content. This talk expands the definition of diversity and demonstrates how Microsoft and other companies use diversity as a demonstration of their authenticity versus a marketing ploy or check box.
