Everyone tells you to get out there and create content...but it's a noisy, saturated, crowded world out there online. Do find yourself asking "Who cares what I have to say?" or "What can I possibly contribute that's different or interesting"? Do you worry that creating and putting content out there will expose that you're really just faking it as you go along?

Imposter syndrome is a real issue, and it's been turbocharged by a hyperconnected world where it's easy to compare yourself, your brand and your content to everyone else's. In this session, we'll explore a bit about what's created this monster but most importantly, the strategies we can employ as content creators to break through the self-doubt barriers and find a distinct, clear voice that creates value for our community.

  • What imposter syndrome is and why the digital world makes it worse
  • Techniques for conquering self-doubt in the moment
  • How to find a distinctive content value proposition
  • How to create a clear, compelling content voice that's unique to you
