In 2018, American Fidelity decided to completely rebuild, re-write, and redesign our website from the ground up. Not only were we faced with the challenges of dual-audience (B2B2C) content creation, but we also had to overcome internal buy-in, digital marketing in a regulated industry, and using all in-house resources.
