Margaret Magnarelli is the managing editor for content and senior director of marketing at Monster, the leading global platform for connecting jobs and people. She oversees B2B and B2C content marketing efforts aimed at helping candidates find jobs and companies find talent. Her team of seven has won four awards from the Content Marketing Institute, including Best Content Program in 2016 and best blog in 2017; and Margaret having was a finalist for CMI's Content Marketer of the Year in 2016. Her team also won a best online newsroom award from PR Daily and were finalists for best brand newsroom from Digiday. Margaret speaks frequently on content marketing on behalf of companies and conferences, and has presented at Content Marketing World, ANA events, SXSW, Content Marketing Conference and PR News events among others. She's written extensively on empathy in marketing. Previously, Margaret worked as a journalist, most recently as executive editor at Money magazine and Money.com.
