She has co-authored two books: Secrets of Top Performing Salespeople (McGraw Hill) and Strategies that Win Sales (Dearborn Publishing), published dozens of white papers and written articles on Sales Effectiveness for SellingPower Magazine, Entrepreneur Magazine, CRM Magazine, Chief Learning Officer, and PharmaVoice and more.
